Above that, Team is $1.00 or £0.80 per person per month billed monthly, or $0.80 / £0.65 billed yearly, with unlimited templates, banners, roles, click analytics and the audit log. Business is $1.20 / £0.95 monthly or $1.00 / £0.80 yearly and adds aliases, audit log export, twelve months of click history and priority support. Above 500 people, Enterprise is quoted in writing.

Yes. Signifier's free plan manages signatures for up to 5 people with one template, filled from your Google Workspace directory and written into Gmail, with previews and click counts. It has no time limit and needs no card. Banners, roles and extra templates are on the paid plans.

People whose Gmail signature Signifier manages. Admins, editors and viewers who do not have a managed signature are not counted. A shared address counts as one person on plans that support send-as aliases.

No. Most signature tools start at 10 users or add a base fee; Signifier starts at one person on the paid plans and has no set-up fee. The free plan covers up to 5.

Yearly billing is 20% less and is paid once a year in advance. Monthly billing is paid each month and can be stopped at any time. Both are by card; Enterprise can be invoiced.

The count follows your Google Workspace directory. Add people and the next bill covers them; remove people and it goes down. You never buy a block of seats in advance.

Ask for an Enterprise quote. You get a price for your size in writing within a business day, invoicing or purchase orders, a security review with a DPA and MSA, and a named contact. There is still no demo to sit through unless you want one.

Any time, from the app. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your templates stay; signatures already in Gmail stay as they are.
