- You run Microsoft 365, or both platforms. Signifier is Google Workspace only for now.
- Your procurement needs SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today. Signifier does not hold them yet and says so.
- You need an HRIS integration or Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.

Against Exclaimer's Starter tier the per-person prices are close: $0.90 against $0.80 billed yearly. The difference is what is included. Click analytics and the audit log are on Exclaimer's Pro tier at $1.75; on Signifier they are on Team at $0.80. Exclaimer also has a ten-user minimum and no free plan. Yes. Exclaimer lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and others. Signifier does not yet hold any and says so on its security page, which also lists exactly what the app can and cannot reach in your Google Workspace. If your procurement requires a certificate today, Exclaimer is the safer answer.
