Links and banners
The channel you already have, finally measured
Most of what a company sends is one-to-one email, and every message carries the same six links at the bottom. Until now nobody knew whether the website link or the booking link ever got clicked. Now the count sits next to the link.
- Every link, not just bannersWebsite, LinkedIn, booking link, the lot. See which earn their place in the signature.
- By team and by campaignWhich group's emails produced the clicks, and which campaign, so marketing can compare.
- Your UTM tags, untouchedTag links the way you always do. Your analytics tool sees the campaign exactly as you named it.
Counted, not tracked
A count, not a dossier
A click is recorded as a fact about the link, not about the person. No cookie, no pixel, no profile. It is the kind of measurement a privacy officer can read in one sentence and approve.
- No cookies on recipientsThe redirect counts and moves on. Nothing is stored in the recipient's browser.
- No opens, no pixelsSignifier does not track whether an email was opened. Only clicks, which the recipient chose to make.
How it works
Nothing to set up. It is already on.
- 1
Links in the template are counted
Any link you place in a template, and every banner, goes out through a counting address.
- 2
A recipient clicks
The click is recorded against the link, the signature and the campaign, then the recipient lands on your page.
- 3
You read the count
Per link, per campaign, per team, over any period, in the app.

FAQ
Questions about click tracking
Clicks on the links and banners in signatures it manages: the website link, social links, a booking link, and every campaign banner. Opens are not tracked; there is no tracking pixel.
The link goes through a Signifier address that records the time, the link, the signature it was in and the browser type, then sends the recipient straight on to your page. It takes a fraction of a second and the recipient ends up exactly where the link said.
No. No cookie is set on the recipient and no profile is built. Signifier knows that a link in a particular signature was clicked, not who clicked it.
No. Clicks are counted on every plan, including the free one. Elsewhere this is often the reason to buy the top tier.
Where analytics sits in Exclaimer's plansYes. Put them on the link as usual. The redirect passes the recipient on with the full URL, so your analytics tool sees the campaign exactly as you tagged it.
Totals stay with the campaign and the link for as long as your account exists. The privacy policy sets out how long the underlying click records are kept before they are summarised.
