Campaigns under the signature, on a schedule
Pick a team and a date range. The banner goes live on the first morning, comes down on the last evening, and every click is counted. Marketing does all of it from the editor role.

One campaign
Who sees it, when, and where it leads
A campaign is three decisions: the people whose emails carry the banner, the dates it runs, and the link. Everything else, including taking it down, is handled.
- The right teamA Google Group, an organizational unit, or everyone. Sales promotes the webinar; support promotes the help centre.
- The right datesSet a start and an end. Schedule next month's campaign today.
- A counted linkClicks are counted on the way to your page, on every plan.
Starts and stops itself
Nobody advertises last month’s event
The quiet failure of hand-pasted banners is that they never come down. Here the end date is part of the campaign: when it passes, the signature returns to normal for everyone, in the same sync that put the banner there.
- No ticket, no reminderNothing to remember and nothing to ask IT for, at the start or at the end.
- A calendar, not a to-do listSee every campaign, past and planned, in one place, by team.
How it works
Scheduled in a few minutes
- 1
Upload the banner and set the link
Add your image and the page it should open. UTM parameters you add stay on the link.
- 2
Choose who and when
A group or org unit, or the whole company, and a start and end date.
- 3
It goes live on the start date
The banner appears under the signature of everyone you chose, in Gmail on the web and on phones.
- 4
It comes down on the end date
The signature goes back to normal. The click count stays.

FAQ
Questions about banners
A small image with a link, placed under the signature in every email a person sends. Because it rides on ordinary one-to-one email, it reaches the people a company is already talking to, with open rates no newsletter gets.
Yes. Choose a Google Group or organizational unit, or the whole company. Sales can promote a webinar while support promotes the help centre.
The banner comes down on the end date and the signature goes back to the way it was. Nobody has to remember, and nobody keeps advertising an event that already happened.
No. Anyone with the editor role can schedule a banner. IT connects Google Workspace once; after that, campaigns are marketing's. Some tools charge a higher tier for scheduling; here it is on the first paid plan.
Signifier compared with ExclaimerYes, on every plan. The banner links through a Signifier address that counts the click and sends the recipient straight on to your page, with any UTM parameters you added intact. No cookie is set on the recipient.
Wide and short works best, roughly the width of the signature and no taller than a few lines of text, so it reads in Gmail and in Outlook without scrolling. The editor shows the banner in place before you schedule it.
The rest of Signifier
